The Industry Growth Centres was launched by the Australian Government to strengthen Australia’s position in the six sectors in which it has a strategic priority or global competitive strength.
The initiative had low recognition and the sectors were unable speak in a unified voice, collaborate, or gain recognition from industry and government. Porter Novelli’s strategy worked to grow awareness of the initiative and engender bipartisan commitment by communicating the initiative’s purpose and the achievements of the growth centres.
A suite of unified collateral was produced and endorsed by the Growth Centres and the Australian Government and positioned the initiative as successful program driving innovation and future proofing Australia’s business.
