On 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health joined with Nexus Primary Health to form Omnia Community Health. Omnia Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation that service communities across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie local government areas with sites at Broadford, Kinglake, Kyneton, Romsey, Seymour, Sunbury and Wallan.
We wanted to create a brand that captured the essence of the region while showcasing the reach Omnia provides to its communities. It was designed to be approachable and professional but not clinical.
