I designed the 2022–2023 Annual Report for Safer Care Victoria. Safer Care Victoria (SCV) is the Victoria's healthcare quality and safety improvement agency and an administrative office of the Victorian Department of Health. Founded in 2017, its core role is to work with clinicians, consumers, and health services to ensure public and private health services deliver safe, high-quality care.
